REGULATION
THE CHECK-OUT
The room must be checked out before the 10,00 am
After the 10,00 am we charge a 50% of an overnight staying - After the 1 pm, we charge a further overnight staying
THE ROOM
The room is completely cleaned and sanitized twice in the week. Guests can leave his luggage in the room. The room must be left open and available no later than 10 am. After 10 am the room can not be cleaned
THE BREAKFAST
The breakfast is served from 8,30 to 9,30 am, Saturday and Sunday from 9,00 to 10,00 am
If you need to take breakfast in different times, you have to ask it the evening before, and, as far as possible, we will accommodate your request. Out of the time, will be served coffee with milk, or orange juice
PETS
Pets are not admitted
INTERNET
The whole House is served by a free WI-FI internet connection
PARKING
The car parking, free and not guarded, is inside the garden - The car have to be locked. We are not responsible for
THE KITCHEN
The use of kitchen is available only into the "Oleandri" room, as extra charge service
MEALS
It is forbidden carrying and eating foods both in the rooms and in the garden, because we offer an House' meal service, both during lunch than dinner times
The Gazebo is only used to serve breakfast and meals by the House.
MUSIC AND RADIO
Music and radio broadcasts are permitted into the rooms, but ONLY AT LOW VOLUME
Strictly forbidden from 2pm to 4pm and from 10 pm to 9 am
THE POOL
The pool is at guest disposal. The adults have to watch children and to avoid his noises and troubles
WARNING
The OWNERS are not responsible, at any way, for damages, losses or thefts, of the guest's things, if not expressly given at the check-in point , under written receipt
